Mr. LI Kuo Hsing is the founder, Chairman and a major shareholder of the Group, and a recognised leader of the Hong Kong entertainment industry. With over 23 years of experience in the home video and media entertainment industry, he is responsible for the corporate strategy and development of the Group. He has also been responsible for film production, the selection and acquisition of film and program titles since the establishment of the Group in 1984. He is the Vice Chairman of the Federation of Motion Film Producers of Hong Kong Limited since 1998, the appointed Member of the Southern District Council of HKSAR in years between 2000 and 2003, and also the appointed Member of the Election Committee for the Performing Arts sub-sector of the HKSAR Legislative Council Election.

The Group operates in three major business segments, the television operations, film exhibition, film rights licensing and sub-licensing and sale and distribution of video product. The Group will continue to acquire customised and popular films to meet customers' needs. In order to maintain its competitiveness, the Group has been diversifying its revenue mix strategically including the development of new media project. The Group will also simplify the organisational structure, enhance operating efficiency and re-allocate its resources in the relevant industrial environment in order to reduce administrative and other expenses.

To cope with the Group's business development and expansion, the Group has entered into placing agreements with funds managed by International Data Group, Inc. ("IDG"), a leading worldwide provider of information technology services, and has successfully raised fund in March 2006, the shareholders' base has been broadened and extended its exposure to the global entertainment industry.
